/ What is Move In?
MoveIN empowers admissions teams to manage applications more effectively. It also maximises the institution's ROI on student recruitment efforts by streamlining interviews, events, application scoring, reference checks, payments, and visa processes within a single, user-friendly platform.

As a SaaS solution the brief was to design, simplify and optimise the student admissions journey for higher education institutions. From initial inquiries to offer management and final enrollment, the MoveIN objective was to be a centralized platform to:
1 | Manage applications effectively: Streamline application processing, including scoring, reference checks, and interview scheduling.
2 | Maximize recruitment ROI: Enhance the efficiency of your recruitment efforts by managing events, interviews, and payments seamlessly.
3 | Meet admissions goals: Achieve your enrollment targets by streamlining the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
By leveraging MoveIN, institutions could improve operational efficiency, enhance the applicant experience, and ultimately achieve their enrollment goals.
/ The design approach.
This project involved leading the complete redesign of MoveIN for higher education admissions. As the lead designer, I was responsible for every aspect of the visual design and user interface, from concept to launch.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, project managers, and the CEO:
1 | Defined a modern and intuitive user experience that aligned with the needs of both students and admissions officers.
2 | Streamlined the application process by creating a clear and concise workflow that improved efficiency for both applicants and institutions.
3 | Championed accessible design throughout the project, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
3 | Managed the design process effectively, collaborating with stakeholders, addressing feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Beyond the core product design, I also led the creation of all marketing materials for MoveIN, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels. This project allowed me to demonstrate my ability to lead and execute high-impact design projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
