Grosvenor Casinos, a leading name in the gaming industry, is part of The Rank Group, a major player in the casino, bingo, and online gaming sectors across the UK, Belgium, and Spain. In 2014, Grosvenor Casinos generated substantial revenue, exceeding £391.2 million with an operating profit of £56.8 million, serving over 1.7 million customers annually.
Cross Platform Native App.
As the Lead UI/Visual Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of a native mobile application. This involved close collaboration with project managers, UX designers, content writers, and an offshore development team. My responsibilities encompassed all UI/visual design aspects, including creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. I also played a key role in managing design estimations, influencing project planning, and contributing to cost optimisation.
By effectively communicating design decisions and collaborating with the team, I was leading contributor to the the successful delivery of a high-quality and user-friendly mobile application proposal.

The app focused on creating a seamless and engaging digital experience that reflected the Grosvenor Casinos brand while prioritising user needs and behaviours. We conducted in-depth research to understand customer preferences, identify pain points within the existing customer journey, and explore opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience.
The app was designed to be more than just a gaming platform. It aimed to provide customers with a comprehensive tool for interacting with Grosvenor Casinos, encompassing everything from accessing and managing their online accounts to exploring casino facilities, browsing food and beverage options, and even booking reservations.
This holistic approach ensured the app became a valuable resource for customers, fostering a deeper connection with the Grosvenor Casinos brand.
